Job Overview

Duties

Develop and execute supply plans based on demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targets using advanced ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to align supply chain activities with production needs, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components.
Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to analyze inventory levels, identify shortages or excesses, and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and manage inventory control processes to optimize stock levels while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
Conduct demand planning activities by analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer forecasts to accurately predict future requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure procurement schedules are met, addressing any delays or disruptions proactively.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of supply chain activities, including order statuses, shipment tracking, and inventory records for audit readiness.

Skills

Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles with experience in manufacturing environments.
