We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Supply Planner to join our supply chain team. Duties

  • Develop and execute supply plans based on demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targets using advanced ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to align supply chain activities with production needs, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to analyze inventory levels, identify shortages or excesses, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and manage inventory control processes to optimize stock levels while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
  • Conduct demand planning activities by analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer forecasts to accurately predict future requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure procurement schedules are met, addressing any delays or disruptions proactively.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of supply chain activities, including order statuses, shipment tracking, and inventory records for audit readiness.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles with experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle for planning, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Expertise in demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory control techniques.
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing methodologies to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools like Excel or specialized software for accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating across departments, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
