What You’ll Do:

As a key player in our Supply Chain team, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless product flow from production to distribution. You'll:

Develop and manage the master production schedule and inventory strategy for our contract manufacturing partners.
Collaborate closely with manufacturing sites to address schedule exceptions related to material shortages, unplanned downtime, or other disruptions.
Oversee finished goods inventory, ensuring the right quantities are available at the right time and place to meet customer demand.
Monitor inventory aging and coordinate transfers to minimize waste and maximize product value.
Lead inventory optimization efforts, providing insight into production timing, replenishment strategies, and network-wide inventory status.
Drive new product launches, representing Supply Planning to ensure timelines are met and execution is flawless.

What You Bring:

A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of supply chain experience, with a proven track record in planning and logistics.
Hands-on experience with MRP & ERP systems—bonus points for SAP and JDA/Blue Yonder know-how!
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills—you love a good challenge.
A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Strong communication and collaboration skills—you're a team player who can also work independently.
Tech-savvy with excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
