Contract Recruiter

One of our favorite south shore clients is looking for a contract recruiter to join their team! This role will require at least 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience. This is a remote opportunity but would love someone on site to see the environment and get to learn about the roles on site.

• Sourcing candidates using ATS as well as other sources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media, etc.
• Interviewing and identifying qualified candidates and presenting to hiring managers
• Communicating with hiring managers regarding job requirements
• Extending offers
• Checking references and conducting background checks
• Keeping communication open through interview process with managers and candidates
