About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support hiring within a professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to recruit for corporate functions such as finance, accounting, HR, legal, and operations, and who can operate as a strategic partner to leadership.

You’ll play a key role in driving talent acquisition efforts, managing full-cycle recruiting, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional services roles (e.g., accounting, finance, HR, administrative, and operational positions)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process from scheduling through offer stage
  • Provide market insight on compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS
  • Ensure a polished, professional candidate experience that reflects the organization’s brand

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within professional services, corporate, or agency environments
  • Proven ability to recruit for white-collar roles (finance, accounting, HR, legal, etc.)
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, or similar)
