Contract Opportunity – Operations Planning Analyst

About the Role

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the seamless flow of inventory and information across multiple systems. You’ll monitor stock performance, identify potential issues before they impact customer delivery, and collaborate closely with planning and logistics teams to resolve challenges quickly. Your work will directly contribute to business continuity, service reliability, and overall supply chain success.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate inventory levels across distribution networks to ensure product availability and minimize shortages.
  • Review system data to identify gaps, errors, or barriers affecting product flow, coordinating corrective actions with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update product and location details within master data systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze key performance reports, delivering insights and recommendations to improve forecasting, planning, and service levels.
  • Partner cross-functionally to communicate supply challenges, align priorities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain analysis, or logistics.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or MRP systems (SAP S/4HANA highly preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong data management capabilities.
