Contract Jr. Recruiter

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct engaging and structured phone screens to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for various roles.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing a friendly and professional experience that represents our company culture.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient hiring processes.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on phone screen outcomes.

What You Bring:
