What You’ll Do:
- Conduct engaging and structured phone screens to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for various roles.
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing a friendly and professional experience that represents our company culture.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on phone screen outcomes.
What You Bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—your voice is your greatest tool.
- A natural ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to keep candidate information accurate and up to date.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a recruitment or HR career.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
