Job Title: Part-Time Data Entry Admin / File Clerk (Contract)

Location: Lower Cape

Contract Duration: 3-4 Months Schedule: 2 Days per Week

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Admin / File Clerk to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who excels at maintaining accurate records and organizing both physical and electronic files, while supporting various administrative tasks. The position is based on the Lower Cape and is perfect for individuals looking for flexible, part-time work over a defined contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input data from various sources into our databases and systems.
  • File Management: Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are stored in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Document Verification: Review and cross-check documents for accuracy and consistency.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, such as copying, scanning, and mailing documents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient information management and support overall office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and file organization.
  • Technical Skills: Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or file management is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
