Contract Customer Operations Associate

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Operations Associate to join our team on a hybrid contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage customer order exceptions, optimize processes, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve customer order exceptions related to pricing, credit, inventory, and transportation while balancing cost and service efficiency.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover opportunities for improving service levels and reducing operational costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement process improvements, enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Participate in customer and broker meetings to address issues, present updates, and review performance metrics.
  • Monitor and manage carryover and deduction balances to meet defined performance goals.
  • Support assigned projects and tasks to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supply chain, customer operations, or related role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hybrid contract role, offering a combination of remote and in-office work.
