🎯 Own and resolve customer order exceptions related to pricing, credit, inventory, systems, and transportation — always balancing cost efficiency with stellar service.
🔍 Analyze data across multiple platforms to uncover opportunities for cost savings and service improvements — then take the lead to drive change.
📈 Collaborate with key internal teams and external partners to minimize future order exceptions and boost overall operational performance.
🤝 Meet regularly with customers and brokers to troubleshoot issues, present updates, review metrics, and strengthen partnerships.

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree preferred — we value education, but experience speaks volumes!
📦 1+ year of experience in Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
