Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days In Office) | Bridgewater, MA

About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a growing organization in the Bridgewater, MA AREA seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a wide variety of corporate functions.

The ideal candidate is a Workday Recruiting expert who can quickly build strong relationships with hiring managers, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Recruit for a broad range of corporate positions, including:
    • Executive Assistants & Administrative Professionals
    • Accounting & Finance
    • Project Management
    • Information Technology
    • Scientific & Research
    • Human Resources
    • Operations
    • Marketing & Communications
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting, managing requisitions, candidate workflows, interview scheduling, reporting, and compliance.
  • Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers while partnering with HR and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting metrics, candidate records, and reporting within Workday.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience while delivering high-quality service to hiring managers.
  • Recommend process improvements and support recruiting initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
  • Expert-level Workday Recruiting experience is required.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple corporate functions, including executive assistants, finance, accounting, project management, IT, scientific, HR, and other professional roles.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
  • Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with hiring managers and HR leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting within healthcare, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other corporate environments.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
