Contract Administrative Assistant

One of our favorite clients has an immediate opening for a part time Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a contract role for 6+ months, possibly longer. The schedule is Tuesday -Thursday 3x per week in the office supporting the legal department. This is such a great group, family friendly and great team culture.

We’re looking for an individual to help coordinate daily scheduling, communicate with the project teams, and assist with data entry. Flexible working schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Typing and preparation of field reports and proposals
  • Create spreadsheets using Excel
  • Daily time sheet and expense report data entry
  • Maintain complete organization and integrity of file folders and electronic filing system
  • Compile reports utilizing Adobe Standard for email distribution to client
  • Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate party
  • Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and conduct visitor to employer or appropriate person
  • Daily collection, distribution and disbursement of mail
  • Assist other employees and offices in tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong typing 55+ wpm
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
