A highly respected Boston-based professional services firm is seeking a Content Marketing & Social Media Manager to join their growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic, collaborative group at a firm known for its strong culture, excellent leadership, and outstanding benefits.

The firm operates on a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office) and offers an exceptional holiday benefit — four full weeks throughout the year working remotely, in addition to standard PTO and holidays.

Position Overview

The Content Marketing & Social Media Manager will play a key role in developing and executing content strategy across digital platforms. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling, thoughtful, and brand-aligned content that elevates the firm’s visibility, engages target audiences, and supports business development efforts.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, strategic thinker, and strong communicator who understands how to position a professional services or legal brand in a competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with firm goals

• Create high-quality written content including thought leadership articles, client alerts, website copy, attorney/partner bios, newsletters, and marketing materials

• Manage and grow the firm’s social media presence (LinkedIn primary; others as appropriate)

• Draft engaging posts that promote firm initiatives, case results, insights, and events

• Collaborate with attorneys/partners and internal stakeholders to identify content opportunities

• Translate complex legal or professional concepts into clear, compelling messaging

• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to refine content strategy

• Ensure brand consistency across all communications

• Support PR initiatives and assist with award submissions and directory entries as needed

Qualifications

• 4+ years of content marketing experience, ideally within professional services or legal

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Experience managing LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms

• Ability to interview subject matter experts and translate insights into engaging content

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
