Amazing organization adding HR Associate/Compliance to their already great team!
*Develop and manage compliance procedures and initiatives on behalf of the HR team, including regular auditing of personnel data, ownership of compliance programs such as harassment prevention training, and support of the annual policy acknowledgment process.
*Monitor and stay up to date on all U.S. employment law changes
*File worker’s compensation claims, managing all required paperwork and follow-up as needed
*Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources practices, particularly around state and federal employment laws and regulations
*3-5 years of experience in HR with some experience with HR compliance and audit procedures required
