What You'll Do

Lead commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
Represent buyers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
Conduct due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and related document review
Coordinate closings and serve as a trusted legal advisor to clients
Build and strengthen client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the practice

What We're Looking For

5–8 years of commercial real estate law experience
Ability to independently manage multiple transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and due diligence
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping build and expand a growing practice
Business development experience or a portable book of business is a plus, but not required
