Bay Shore Staffing is partnering with a highly respected global investment management firm in Boston to identify a talented Client Reporting Associate for a 6-month contract opportunity.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in investment reporting, financial services, or client communications who enjoys working with financial data, preparing professional reports, and collaborating across teams.

The Client Reporting Associate will play an important role in producing accurate, timely, and high-quality investment reports for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and other recurring investment and client reports.
• Review and analyze portfolio information, investment performance, and financial data to ensure accuracy.
• Draft clear, professional summaries of investment performance and portfolio activity.
• Perform detailed quality checks on reports, financial information, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with investment, accounting, analytics, and client service teams to gather and verify information.
• Coordinate report revisions, approvals, and final delivery.
• Manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Support improvements to reporting processes, procedures, and overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, asset management, investment management, private equity, or a related industry preferred.
• Background in client reporting, investment reporting, financial reporting, performance reporting, or investor relations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Comfortable reviewing complex financial information and translating it into clear, client-friendly reports.
