Bookkeeper / Office Assistant
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Assistant to help with day-to-day financial tasks and occasional projects. This is a flexible, part-time role—perfect for someone who’s comfortable jumping into QuickBooks Online, keeping things organized, and supporting a property manager or small business owner with a variety of tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping QuickBooks Online up to date (income, expenses, categorization, etc.)
- Reconciling accounts and tracking monthly financial activity
- Helping manage invoices, receipts, and vendor payments
- Pulling simple reports and summaries when needed
- Assisting with general admin tasks (file management, emails, data entry)
- Supporting on one-off projects—could be anything from organizing past records to researching vendors or streamlining processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online is a must
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Good with numbers, details, and following up on open items
- Flexible and open to jumping into a variety of small projects
- Experience in real estate or property management is a bonus, but not required
