About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Assistant to help with day-to-day financial tasks and occasional projects. This is a flexible, part-time role—perfect for someone who’s comfortable jumping into QuickBooks Online, keeping things organized, and supporting a property manager or small business owner with a variety of tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keeping QuickBooks Online up to date (income, expenses, categorization, etc.)
  • Reconciling accounts and tracking monthly financial activity
  • Helping manage invoices, receipts, and vendor payments
  • Pulling simple reports and summaries when needed
  • Assisting with general admin tasks (file management, emails, data entry)
  • Supporting on one-off projects—could be anything from organizing past records to researching vendors or streamlining processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online is a must
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Good with numbers, details, and following up on open items
  • Flexible and open to jumping into a variety of small projects
  • Experience in real estate or property management is a bonus, but not required
