We're currently seeking a motivated Sr. Audit Manager to join our Assurance Department. In this role, you'll lead a team of auditors in delivering top-notch assurance services to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities include planning and executing audit engagements, managing client relationships, and ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in audit and assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate audit staff, overseeing day-to-day activities.
  • Schedule audits, assign workloads, and provide training and direction to staff.
  • Evaluate staff performance and offer constructive feedback.
  • Develop budgets and pricing for audit engagements.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of audits across various industries.
  • Collaborate with partners on audit strategies and conclusions.
  • Foster positive client relationships through effective communication.

Key Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of GAAP and GAAS.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in planning and managing audit engagements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience leading and mentoring audit teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with auditing software and tools.
  • CPA certification required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on audits.
