Architectural Designer

Are you a creative, detail-oriented architect with extensive experience working with Revit and AutoCAD? We have a client on the lower cape looking for your expertise!

The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating and bringing to life innovative concepts for architecture projects. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the building process and be able to take a project from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and review architectural plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects

• Prepare 3D renderings and presentations for clients

• Work with clients to develop and refine project designs

• Ensure designs meet local building codes and regulations

• Research and recommend innovative materials and techniques

• Work with engineers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Negotiate design changes and modifications with clients, contractors, and other professionals

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design

• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Revit

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
