This ADP Payroll Specialist role is critical in managing and processing payroll functions while providing HR support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ADP Payroll, a strong understanding of multi-state payroll processing, and proficiency in maintaining payroll records in compliance with state and federal regulations. Key responsibilities include balancing and reviewing payroll reports, serving as the daily contact for ADP on payroll-related issues, resolving payroll discrepancies, and preparing weekly payrolls while ensuring compliance with various wage and hour standards. The role also requires coordination with HR for accurate employee information management, handling inquiries from employees regarding payroll matters, and creating or managing payroll reports.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience with ADP Payroll, including knowledge of Union contracts and multi-state payroll processing.
