A fantastic client in the Barnstable area is looking for administrative support to join their growing team!
Great opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone who is looking to find a home and learn a ton! Must have strong Excel skills and be technically savvy!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain front office area
- Assist with filing projects, data entry and other clerical duties
- Answer phone, take messages, communicate through email with clients
- Monitor and stock kitchen and office supplies
- Scan paperwork
- Open and distribute mail
- Note taking during meetings
- Ordering supplies
- Assist with new hire onboarding
