A fantastic client in the Barnstable area is looking for administrative support to join their growing team!

Great opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone who is looking to find a home and learn a ton! Must have strong Excel skills and be technically savvy!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain front office area
  • Assist with filing projects, data entry and other clerical duties
  • Answer phone, take messages, communicate through email with clients
  • Monitor and stock kitchen and office supplies
  • Scan paperwork
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Note taking during meetings
  • Ordering supplies
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
