Small firm is seeking an administrative assistant/ receptionist for its busy practice. The candidate should be: able to multi-task, be extremely organized, efficient, detail oriented, innovative, driven, amicable, friendly, and skilled in Microsoft Office programs.
Requirements: at least 12 months of work experience and administrative assistant
Candidate must be a team player, extremely organized, punctual, patient and maintain a positive attitude.
The position entails: answering all incoming telephone calls, extensive client interaction, handling advertising campaigns, researching foreign country conditions, preparing analytical reports, drafting cover letters and other correspondence, engaging with potential clients via social media and handling the shipment of mail.
