Accounts Payable Associate

IF SO come and work for this trendy, fun and exciting firm located in the Metro West area!! Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate! This person will oversee the entire accounts payable process for the wholesale division of firm.

Candidates will handle:

• Match all invoices with purchases orders - Travel expense reimbursements, record expenses to the correct cost center/general ledger account and obtain appropriate department head approvals.
• Assists in the annual financial statement audit, tax preparation and bank compliance audit
• Process all credit applications

Candidates should have:

• B.S. in Accounting or Finance
• Experienced in General Ledger, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Cost and Margin analysis
• Microsoft Office / Concur
• High energy level and attention to detail
