Onsite position Monday – Friday. 50k – 70k depending on background and experience.

Looking for a personable and professional accountant to work at this Needham, MA organization. In addition to posting monthly journal entries, accounts payable, payroll support month end analysis and reconciliations this person will be interacting and collecting data from people at all levels within the organization. This person will also be supporting other members of the finance team and have other duties/responsibilities and/or special projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and process monthly leadership credit cards
- Assist with payroll processing
- Handle weekly check runs
- Invoice processing and entry
- Complete monthly account analysis and reconciliation
- Assist with preparation for yearend audit
- Processes routine monthly journal entries
- Follows policies & procedures and reports compliance issues
- Assigned special projects as needed
- Maintains quality results by following standards.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- BA Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
