The talent acquisition coordinator will be responsible for being the point person for recruiters and hiring managers for scheduling needs and meeting coordination. Other responsibilities will be invoicing, onboarding paperwork, performing background checks, preparing job offer letters, organizing candidates information in internal databases, new hire training schedules etc.
This person must be very technically savvy and have familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are very important!
