Our client, an amazing non-profit firm located in Boston, is seeking a Technology Support Specialist/Tier 1 Help Desk Associate. This role provides an exciting opportunity to get experience supporting a wide range of technologies.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Provide front-line support to end users for general technical issues and office technology.
Provide training for various office technologies. Identify, research, and resolve end-user technical problems. Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution. Create and set up new user accounts in Active Directory as well as onboard new users.
Requirements needed for this role:
Bachelor's degree - 1 year of experience supporting Microsoft technologies and end user hardware - Self-starter and highly motivated learner with strong technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn quickly - Strong customer service and communication skills, Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and must be a strong team player and collaborator!
