  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintains the VP of Marketing’s calendar, schedules travel, and books hotel accommodations
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed (lunch setup, event coordination, etc
