Responsible for the execution of HR initiatives in support of key organizational and management challenges required to achieve the business goals and objectives. Responsible for EEO compliance and training and development needs

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Responsible for the onboarding process, including conducting new-hire orientations and accurate completion of the new hire paperwork and E-Verify for Corporate Human Resources
  • Responsible for reviewing 90-day new hire follow-up and exit interviews
  • Stays current and maintains compliance on recent federal & state labor law changes and monitors labor law updates for changes that affect HR
  • Communicates and implements company policies
  • Assures EEO program is in compliance with EEO laws and regulations
  • Conduct thorough and objective investigations as needed, assess risk and determines appropriate course of action
  • Builds and maintains relationships and strong communication with management
  • Builds and maintains relationships and strong communication with colleagues and subordinates
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) certification a plus
  • Eight (5) to eight (8) years of Human Resources experience
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure, fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and very detail oriented
  • Proactive and solution oriented
  • Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high degree of confidentiality
